Learning in the classroom is a highly experiential coached process. Participants explore and discuss with their group and coach in a confidential environment, building personal development action plans for implementation of the learning as they go.

The process is interactive, engaging, challenging; and no PowerPoint presentations!
The overall workshop, and the elements within it follow a three step process of Realization, Discovery and Practice

Step 1.  Realization

Participants are put through designed activities that enable them to discover what they do or don’t, know and do well.

 

 

Step 2. Discovery

Discussion and Analysis aids their discovery of improvements and new skills

 

 

Step 3. Practice

Participants practice coaching to success on real issues in the workshop, giving confidence to implement their new skill. AND they solve real world problems, while they are learning!
